French Strawberry recipes

The strawberries in the Aveyron are special, and then to document George Christopher Davies, in his book, our home in the Aveyron. "Large quantities of strawberries are grown between the vines." This slightly larger than our wild strawberries are a species: they come sooner than our garden strawberries in season and are much prized for their fine taste. "These are special, heritage varieties that grow only in France."
