Tartiflette recipe

This Tartiflette recipe originated in Savoie, in the French Alps as a recipe tasting the local cheese, to promote reblochon. Full of potatoes, rich cheese and smoky bacon, it began as a prepare a simple recipe for ski resorts and has been since popular.
